A book was recommended recently on a podcast I listen to, and it’s a great read if you’d like to learn some things about yourself, your kids, and why we behave the way we do.

It’s easy to forget what it was like to be very young, or a teenager, or even a young adult. Twenty-something seems so long ago, but also like it was only yesterday.

This is “The Brain: The Story of You”, by David Eagleman.

I was particularly interested in learning more about memory, and how fragile (or wrong) it can be.

This book will definitely be on my top ten reads for 2015. Click on the book to see it on Amazon (that is an affiliate link).

Keep burping! And keep an eye on the blog. We’re going to make some changes starting next week.
